I’ve found different colleges that I’m interested in, but I can’t find opinions online and find out which one is the best. I wouldn’t like to spend money in something that isn’t good. I have been here pretty much my whole life. With the exception of when I’m travelling or living in another country if that makes any sense?
Rightly said about Indian students. I migrated to the US as a kid. I have two American born teenage daughters. They don’t know about our Indian culture and life. I purposely take them to Indian restaurants and Indian stores for them to get acquainted with everything around. But, most of the times I find myself uncomfortable to have my girls around our own people. The dirty comments, looks and irrespective behavior are always there. I am sad to say this, is this the culture I belong to? We were taught to respect women, we lived in joint families with girls around. We were never expected of being disrespectful! I sincerely hope people see your video and learn to change their bad behavior. Thanks for being brave in expressing your views!
Thank you so much for your honest words. At the end of the day; regardless of where and who we are- we remain human. And should continue to be better. The goal isnt to single one out; but maybe this will open up some honest conversation and further change!
