Bhaiya I am in grade 9 now and I am 2 times IOI silver medalist do you think I have a shot at MIT/Stanford in future. Because now it’s either scoring a perfect GPA/SAT Or Preparing For JEE,What do you ? think can I make it into MIT/Stanford With 90 percent in school and IOI ? medals

Dude, the packages you’re talking about are only applicable for CS department of higher ranked IITs, like IIT Delhi in this case. For that, one needs a rank less than 400-500 in JEE advanced which is extremely extremely tough. If you look at the non-core branches such as Chemical engineering or Aviations, the case is entirely different. But, if you’re comparing only CS departments, still US is better.

No Bro… If you are from India… There are many colleges like bits pilani, iiith, vit… Which have average package in Cs near to 15 lacks… And especially iiith has near to 25-27 lacks.. But in terms of exposure, education only top 10 universities like mit, stanford are on par with iitb… But the course content and academics at iitb is on par with these which creates stress level…. Even UG at iitb is equivalent to masters in stanford, CMU, mit course content. But finally it matters how you use your knowledge… That’s best in top US universities

Hey! I’m not good at math (above average) will it be difficult for me if I choose CSE department in my B.E.
And what’s the difference between bachelor of technology and bachelor in engineering?

Dada, now you know that how is the life of students abroad, how is the daily lifestyle of an Indian living in US, so I wanted to ask if in the past (in your 12th) you already had the experience of what the lifestyle in US is (by magic), provided that you had scored good marks in JEE, what would you have chosen : IIT or US University.
